We're looking for a Sales Agent
E&I Real Estate is looking for a driven and personable Sales Agent to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping people find the perfect home, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
As a Sales Agent, you’ll guide clients through the buying and selling process from start to finish. You’ll manage your own pipeline while leveraging our tools, training, and support to grow your real estate career.
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Conduct property tours, listing presentations, and open houses.
Advise clients through negotiations, inspections, and contract execution.
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, marketing, and CRM systems.
Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and inventory in target neighborhoods.
Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and escrow to ensure smooth closings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all transactions.
- 25% commission to broker on first 3 closed sales
- ONLY 10% commission to broker on all subsequent sales.
- No monthly desk fees
- Marketing resources and support
- This is a commission-based position, classified as 1099 only.
Active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable with technology and CRM platforms
Previous sales or real estate experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
