Richard Real Estate, LLC was originally founded by Betty Richard. In 2011, she passed the reigns to Susan Richard & Patricia Paral.
In November 2024, Patti succumbed to complications from a stroke. One of her final wishes was that Paige Girard continue the business as, E&I Real Estate, carrying on the legacy her mom started. Paige does that with great pride and that’s how E&I Real Estate was born.
We operate on principles of integrity, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to clients, we’ve not only witnessed but actively shaped the growth and transformation of the Valley of the Sun.
