We're looking for a Dedicated Leasing Agent
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. This position is perfect for licensed real estate agents in Arizona who are looking to grow their clientele and make meaningful connections in the industry. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in listing and marketing properties, responding to potential leads, and showcasing homes to prospective tenants. Best of all you keep the leads when a property is filled.
- List properties on the MLS under the broker’s account to maximize visibility.
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries regarding properties.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote listed properties and engage with potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct property showings for interested tenants.
- Screen prospective tenants before showings to ensure they meet rental criteria.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Earn $200-350 for each property successfully leased.
- Enjoy a broker split of 25% on your first three sales and 10% on all subsequent sales.
- This is a commission-based position, classified as 1099 only.
- Must hold a valid real estate license in Arizona.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to use social media effectively for marketing and outreach.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but new agents are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with the local rental market and property management practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
